Renae Lunjevich

Managing Director

Renae has an extensive background in marketing, with over 10 years experience working on both client and agency side for some of the world’s most well known brands; including Hewlett-Packard and Encyclopedia Britannica. Renae founded Bang Online after arriving in Perth in 2006, seeing a real need for a online marketing agency who is focused on the return on investment for businesses.  Renae applies her passion for everything online to lead the team in developing creative and innovative ways for the Bang clients to connect with their target customers.

Freddy Hollow

Operations Manager

Freddy has a comprehensive marketing background, with over 8 years’ experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns on state and national levels, across print, radio, online and direct marketing. He also has a proven track record in retail marketing with a history of increasing sales, business growth, customer retention and loyalty programs. Freddy is passionate about continued learning in the ever changing online industry and has completed his Google Individual Certification, as well as having won an Industry Distinction award through Perth AdSchool.

Freddy love’s how interactive online marketing can be and that your audience can engage and participate with your marketing rather than being passive viewers.

Jon Ogden

Digital Campaign Manager

Jon joined the Bang! team in 2012 moving from the UK where he worked as a SEO consultant for several years. Prior to this he was involved with a small web development company, which is where his passion for online marketing started. He is extremely interested in the strategy behind SEO and how developing the right strategy can lead to long term success for businesses. In 2014 Jon has now undertaken the PRINCE2 course to further improve his skill set .

Digital Director

Brad developed a taste for the web and after studying Multimedia and later went on to study a Diploma of IT (Web Development); fine tuning his skills not only in class, but whilst undertaking work experience at a Perth based international web firm. Brad is excited about the advances in social media and how it’s allowing companies to target their markets in new and innovative ways.

Business Development Manager

Josh has been working in the digital marketing industry for the last 8 years. Between optimising websites, creating direct-response marketing campaigns and developing custom applications, Josh has helped several businesses to implement successful strategies in both Australia and New Zealand. Recognising the value of building marketing solutions which help businesses to increase sales and reduce waste, Josh’s approach to digital marketing, in a variety of industries, makes him keenly suited to create uniquely effective campaigns. He is also not so bad on ‘the karaoke’.

Creative Director

Rob has been working in the Digital Industry for over 15 years as a Digital Designer. During that time he has worked for and with a wide range of leading brands both at home and abroad including Globe Shoes, Pacific Brands, 3 Mobile, Honda Australia, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and Merck (just to name a few).

Originally from Melbourne, and following a 2 year stint in London working with respected agencies, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Bang Digital.

Ricky has been working in the Web/ IT industry for the past 6 years. He has extensive experience in building websites, web applications and ecommerce systems. Ricky is extremely passionate about building high quality, sustainable/ maintainable web applications in order to deliver better results for clients.

Front End Web Developer

Stanley has worked in the web industry for more than 8 years. Prior to joining Bang, Stanley worked for various digital agencies in Perth in roles ranging from tech support, developer and lead for the development team. He has done everything from tech support, PHP development, WordPress development, and is now pursuing his passion of Front End development.

Damien is the SEO and SEM Guru at Bang. He joined the team in 2011 and became a senior online marketing professional in 2014. He is passionate about tracking and delivering exceptional results through online advertising.

Prior to joining Bang in 2015, Joelle collected a broad range of marketing experiences working with a variety of businesses including clients and agencies. From small family businesses through to national corporations, there has been many interesting lessons that she has learnt along the way. As Joelle takes on new challenges and expands her marketing knowledge, her passion for the industry grows. Joelle has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University majoring in marketing and advertising.

After graduating Steph held roles in print advertising, before moving to London and working as an account manager at an online media subscription company.

Since moving to Perth she has developed a passion for digital marketing, in particular creating content that is effective, interesting and creative, in order to drive maximum audience engagement. She enjoys keeping up with all of the latest industry updates, and is especially interested in how social platforms are being integrated into our lives and changing how we communicate.

Natalie joined Bang Digital in July 2016 and has extensive experience in Business Administration and Finance in various different industries. Natalie spent the past 8 years running a small insolvency practice in Perth. She prides herself on providing high quality customer service to our clients and is excited to be working with a dynamic group of digital marketing experts and the challenge of working in the Digital Marketing industry.

Alana has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Advertising from Curtin University.
