I assist the CX team in developing automation strategies and CRM implementations that deliver an engaging and seamless customer experience. Which is a technical way of saying that I'm here to make sure the customer's journey with a brand is smooth sailing and as pleasant as can be.

We all know how satisfying good design can be – like a thoughtful piece of architecture or a stress-free airport process. I find digital to be the perfect ever-evolving space for design. There are constantly new things to learn and new ways to do things. I love the balance of creative and critical thinking that's required, and ultimately I love creating digital experiences that are engaging and accessible.

I've dabbled in a few fields and have always embraced throwing myself into a passion and a challenge. Finding my way into a career in digital felt like everything clicked into place. I get to enjoy detail-oriented work, explore a variety of projects and skills, and creatively problem-solve with a clever team of people who are a joy to be around.
